Today, Carrie Fischer passed away at the age of a 60. We lost too many icons in 2016. Known for the role of Leia, I don’t think the world appreciated her full body of work. At times, I wonder if she knew her true impact. She inspired a generation to trust the force. And who could forget the inconic line, I’m Luke Skywalker, and I’m here to rescue you. Luke and Han, she wasn’t the one needing rescued.
We’ll miss you, Carrie. May the force be with you. Always.
